WRLD Mentors are volunteers — people with real experience who show up to help young adults build practical life and career skills.
💼 What Mentors Do
Host live sessions on an existing WRLD program, answer questions in Community Commons, and (as WRLD grows) run Office Hours drop-ins. You're not writing curriculum from scratch — WRLD provides the structure.
⏱ Expected Commitment
As little as one live session. There's no minimum hours requirement — mentor as much or as little as your schedule allows.
🌱 A Volunteer Role
Mentoring on WRLD is unpaid volunteer work, the same way every part of WRLD is free for learners. You're donating time and expertise, not applying for a job.

A public mentor profile, a genuine way to give back, practice teaching and public speaking, and the chance to be the person you wish you'd had at 18.
